Set up the IEBBnPSR, IEBBnUAR,
IEBBnCKS, and IEBBnTMS registers.
Set the IEBBnBCR register to 80H.
Set up the IEBBnDLR,
IEBBnDR (first byte of data) registers.
Set the IEBBnBCR register to 90H
(separate communication).
