The order depends on the sort order that has been set with
MARKer<m>:FUNCtion:FPEaks:SORT.

CALCulate<n>:MARKer<m>:FUNCtion:FPEaks:Y?
This command queries the position of the peaks on the y-axis.
The order depends on the sort order that has been set with
MARKer<m>:FUNCtion:FPEaks:SORT.

Usage:
MMEMory:STORe<n>:LIST <FileName>
This command exports the SEM and spurious emission list evaluation to a file.
The file format is *.dat.
Secure User Mode
In secure user mode, settings that are stored on the instrument are stored to volatile
memory, which is restricted to 256 MB. Thus, a "Memory full" error can occur although
the hard disk indicates that storage space is still available.
To store data permanently, select an external storage location such as a USB memory
device.
