Function Queries the manufacturer, model number, model number of the test application running, serial
number, revision, board ID, and cal file information. The information provided by the query
represents the configuration that existed when the test set was powered up. For an example of
how to use this command, see
*RST Setting Resets have no effect on this information. The information is gathered during the power up cycle.
