SETup:IQTuning:SPUR:FREQuency
Function Sets/queries the spur frequency for the I/Q Tuning measurement. The units (HZ|KHZ|MHZ) are
optional, if no units are specified then the default is HZ.
Setting Range: -13.0 MHz to -1.0 MHz and +1.0 MHz to +13 MHz
Resolution: 100 Hz
Query Range: -19 MHz to +19 MHz
Resolution: 100 Hz
