Function Selects/queries the timeout value in seconds that will be used for Decoded Audio measurements.
This command sets the timeout state to ON. The units (S|MS) are optional, if no units are
specified then units default to S.
Setting Range: .1 to 999 / Resolution: .1
Query Range: .1 to 999 / Resolution: .1
*RST setting 10 seconds
