9.11 ESDP Free Run Mode

The ADV7604 also has a free run feature in ESDP mode. When the ADV7604 is configured in
ESDP mode and cannot lock to incoming video, it outputs a default color rather than noise. The
condition under which it enters free run is controlled by FREE_RUN_INP_SEL[1:0].
