V_FREQ[2:0], IO Map, Address 0x01, [6:4]
These bits are used when the decoder is required to support HD standards with a refresh rate below
60 Hz. The SMPTE 274, (1080p) systems 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are all supported. These are the
50 Hz, 30 Hz, and 25 Hz standards listed within the SMPTE 274 standard. These bits can also be
used to support SMPTE 296 (720p), systems 3, 4, and 5. These are the 50 Hz and 30 Hz standards
listed within the SMPTE 296 standard.
