The ADV7604 provides a digital glitch filter on the +5 V power signals from the HDMI ports. The
output of this filter is used to reset the HDMI block (refer to Section 7.24).
The +5 V power signal must be constantly high for the duration of the timer in two crystal clock
cycles, otherwise the output of the filter is low. The output of the filter returns low as soon as any
change in the +5 V power signal is detected.

Note: If the 5 V pins are not used and left unconnected, the 5 V detect circuitry should be
disconnected from the HDMI reset signal by setting
holding the HDMI section in reset.
