AVI_INFO_RAW, IO Map, Address 0x60, [0]
AVI_INFO_RAW indicates if AVI InfoFrames are received. This bit is reset to 0 on the eighth
leading edge of the VSync following seven VSync without any AVI InfoFrame. This bit is also reset
to 0 if the part is reset or powered up, or when a TMDS clock is detected on the selected HDMI port,
or when a TMDS clock with a new frequency is received, or when the part receives a DVI stream.
