This word operates in a twos compliment mode. Shifting the leading edge of the HSync towards
active video is achieved by selecting from the range 0x000 to 0x1FF. Shifting the leading edge of
the HSync away from active video is achieved by selecting from the range 0x200 to 0x3FF. One
