Decimation Filter Selection for Stage 2

The decimation filters of the A, B, and C channels are 19-tap fully programmable filters. The
response for these filters can be automatically or manually selected from a choice of seven
predefined filter responses.
DPP_FILT_MAN_EN, DPP Map, Address 0x28, [0]
The
DPP_FILT_MAN_EN
responses, manually programming the filter and manually selecting a filter from a predefined set of
seven filter responses.

DPP_FILT_SEL
controls the manual selection of the filter response for the luma and chroma filters.
For the selection to be effective, manual control must be enabled by DPP_FILT_MAN_EN.
