RGB_OUT, IO Map, Address 0x02, [1]
RGB_OUT is used in conjunction with the INP_COLOR_SPACE[3:0] and
select the applied CSC (refer to Table 45). It sets up the output color space and the correct digital
blank level and offsets on the RGB or YPrPb outputs.

ALT_GAMMA
is used in conjunction with the INP_COLOR_SPACE[3:0] and
