VDP_TTXT_TYPE[1:0] specifies the Teletext type to be decoded. These bits are functional only if
VDP_TTXT_TYPE_MAN_EN is set to 1.

11.4 VDP Configuration

The VDP configuration bits help in programming or selecting some aspects of VBI decoding.
NOISE_CLK_DISABLE (VDP) , VDP Map, Address 0x61, [5]
The noise clock counter is a feature that counts the duration of clock run in (CRI) bits for a particular
standard. Disabling this feature allows the detection of clock run in through the counting of edges
only.

SLICE_CORRECTOR_ENABLE , VDP Map, Address 0x9D, [1]
A slice corrector is required to allow the decoding of nonstandard data. This feature combines both
the delay based skipping of CRI and the functionality of skip CRI to jump to a suitable position from
which a framing code (FC) can be searched.
