The DCFIFO can be set to recenter itself automatically when the video PLL transitions from
unlocked to locked. Note that the video PLL transition does not necessarily indicate that the overall
system is stable.

For debug purposes, the internal resynchronization pulse of the DCFIFO can be observed on the
INT2 pin by setting
HDMI_DCFIFO_INTRQ_EN
selections for the INT2 pin. The only remaining control of INT2 when this bit is set high is to choose
the polarity of the interrupt.
