By default, the file transmission mode is ASCII mode.
Perform this command if the user needs to change the file transmission mode to
default mode.
Example
Configure to transmit data in the ASCII mode.
[ftp]ascii
200 Type set to A.

Use the
command to configure file transmission type as binary mode.

Configure to transmit data in the binary mode.

bye

Syntax
bye
View
FTP Client view
Parameter
None
Description
Use the
command to disconnect with the remote FTP Server and return to user
bye
view.
After performing this command, you can terminate the control connection and
data connection with the remote FTP Server.
Example
Terminate connection with the remote FTP Server and return to user view.
[ftp]bye
