Parameter
The total limited rate of packets sent by interfaces. Unit in Kbps.
target-rate

The number inputted must be a multiple of 64. For 1000 Mbps port, the range is
from 64 to 1000000.
Description
Use the
line-rate
interfaces. Use the
rate at interfaces.
The granularity of line rate is 64 kbps.
Example
Set the rate limitation of interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1 to 128 kbps.

Specifies the subitem of an active ACL, ranging from 0 to 65534; if
