Cam Operation

This function operates by synchronizing the slave axis with the master axis based on cam table.
Before using this function, it is necessary to open the cam table to the cam open area and set to a state where it can be
controlled. For the open method to the cam open area, and for cam data types that can be controlled in cam operation, refer
to the following.
