[Setting the target position exceeding the ring counter (Options bit16)] "1: Allow"
The positioning operation that overflows the ring counter upper limit value can be performed. In this case, the ring counter
upper limit value is used as a reference, and positioning is performed with the amount of movement exceeded as the relative
movement amount. If the target position is set with the value smaller than the ring counter lower limit value, positioning does
not start for the error "Out of Ring Counter Range" (error code: 1AA3H).
