Operation when the velocity override factor is changed
Change the velocity by changing AxisName(AxesGroupName).Cd.VelocityOverride.
When "0" is set in AxisName(AxesGroupName).Cd.VelocityOverride, the axis is stopped without moving to the "4: Standstill"
status.
