• The Enable type FB is continuously executed while Enable is TRUE.
• Valid indicates that the output is a valid value. After Valid turned FALSE, each output does not change.
• Only one of outputs among Valid/Enabled/Busy, Error, and CommandAborted, turns TRUE.
• AxisName.Md.Analyzing/AxesGroupName.Md.Analyzing turn TRUE from the rising edge of Busy,
AxisName.Md.Analyzing/AxesGroupName.Md.Analyzing turn FALSE after starting the operation.
