Description
Indicates the detection status of the trigger input
signal.
The signal detection status is output as it is
regardless of the correction time set in the trigger
input signal.
Indicates that the current position change is
completed.
Indicates that the FB is in execution.
When TRUE, it indicates that execution is
interrupted.
When TRUE, it indicates that an error has
occurred
The error code generated in the FB is returned.
