Returning from outside the hardware stroke limit range

While the limit switch is detected, the operation cannot be performed regardless of the detection direction.
After setting ONLY_INSIDE or DISABLE in AxisName.Cd.HwStrokeLimit_Override, execute the axis operation to return to the
controllable range.
• When setting an item other than ONLY_INSIDE and DISABLE in AxisName.Cd.HwStrokeLimit_Override,
the axis operates with "No disable request".
• If the axis operation is started while the hardware stroke limit is disabled by
AxisName.Cd.HwStrokeLimit_Override, that "the axis operation is started while the hardware stroke limit is
disabled by AxisName.Cd.HwStrokeLimit_Override" is recorded in the event history.
When setting ONLY_INSIDE
The axis can start to the direction in which the limit switch has not been detected.

When setting DISABLE
The axis can start regardless of the limit switch detection status.

Precautions

• Install the FLS in the direction in which the set position increases, and install the RLS in the direction in which the set
position decreases. If inverting the install positions of the FLS/RLS, hardware stroke limit function cannot be operated
properly.
