Set the operation profile data with PROFILE_DATA type structure.
The value of PROFILE_DATA.Location is referred, and open is carried out to the operation profile data that the file name and
the path indicate.

If there is no operation profile data specified with PROFILE_DATA.Location, the error "No Calculation Profile" (error code:
340FH) will occur, and the open processing will not be carried out.
If operation profile data specified with PROFILE_DATA.Location is broken or if there is a problem in the format, the error
"Operation profile data error" (error code: 3412H) will occur, and the open processing will not be carried out.

13.1 Operation Profile Data
Operation
An available ID is assigned automatically, and the ID is stored in PROFILE_DATA.ID.Number.
If an open FB whose PROFILE_DATA.ID.Number is "0" is executed multiple times to the same operation profile data,
the data will be opened in multiple different open areas.
When there is no available ID, error "Insufficient Calculation Profile ID" (error code: 3452H) will occur and open
processing will not be carried out.
The open is carried out without changing the ID. If specifying an ID that has been already opened, the open data will
be overwritten.
