Depending on the multiple start timing, the movement amount to change velocity to the target velocity of the FB that is during
buffering at the target position of the on-going FB. In this case, velocity change is executed immediately, but the velocity
cannot reach the target velocity of the FB that is during buffering at the target position of the on-going FB.

■BlendingLow
The slower target velocity between the on-going FB and the buffering FB is used as the switching speed.
The operation is same as BlendingPrevious when the on-going FB commanded speed is slower, and it is same as
BlendingNext when the buffering FB commanded speed is slower.
■BlendingHigh
The higher target velocity between the on-going FB and the buffering FB is used as the switching speed.
The operation is same as BlendingPrevious when the on-going FB commanded speed is higher, and it is same as
BlendingNext when the buffering FB commanded speed is higher.
The target position of

Transfer speed uses the set velocity
