Acceleration/deceleration time-fixed method
When "1: mcFixedTime" is selected in the "acceleration/deceleration method setting" (Options bit 0 to 2) of the FB, the
acceleration/deceleration time can be set in Acceleration. Deceleration and jerk is not used.
Calculates acceleration and deceleration from the acceleration/deceleration time at acceleration/deceleration. When a value
smaller than one operation cycle other than 0.0000 is set as the acceleration/deceleration time, the target velocity is reached
within one operation cycle.
