The positioning is executed from the current position to the target position of negative direction (address decrease).
[Setting the target position exceeding the ring counter (Options bit16)] "0: Not allow"
The setting range of the target position is "Ring counter lower limit value  Target position < Ring counter upper limit value".

The positioning operation that underflows the ring counter lower limit value can be performed. In this case, the ring counter
lower limit value is used as a reference, and positioning is performed with the amount of movement exceeded as the relative
movement amount. If the target position is set with the value bigger than the ring counter upper limit value, positioning does
not start for the error "Out of Ring Counter Range" (error code: 1AA3H).
