3.4.3 SENSOR BOARD UNIT (SBU)
1. Open the ARDF/platen cover
2. Rear cover ( 3.1.6)
3. Right cover [A] ( x 3)
4. Inner cover [B] ( x 4)
5. Sensor board unit [C] ( x 4, x
4)
6. After replacing the sensor board unit, adjust the following SP modes (
3.3.12):
• SP4–008 (Scanner leading edge magnification)
• SP4–010 (Scanner leading edge registration)
• SP4–011 (Scanner side-to-side registration)
NOTE: The settings above are stored in the NVRAM on the SBU.
