Even though the cover sheet is one-sided, the 1st sheet of paper will still be sent through the duplex unit
and inverted, as the job has been selected as a duplex job in the driver. This cover sheet image is then
printed on the rear side, i.e. the side without the letterhead.

In this case, letterhead paper should be loaded into a tray and normal paper in another tray.
