Meter Charge Mode OFF: Used for customers who are not charged by cost per page or developments.
Counts black and white pages as color when in color mode (after ACS occurs). The color photoconductor
units and development units rotate while black prints are made in color mode and are therefore consumed.
This method exists to account for consumption of the color photoconductor units and development units for
customers who choose to replace maintenance kits.
