SOLUTION:
Replace the Guide Plate with the newly registered "Guide Plate – Middle Registration assembly
(#G0602613):
1. Make sure that the main switch is turned off and the power cord is unplugged.
2. Remove the following parts:
•
Rear Cover [A] (4 screws)
•
Upper Exit Cover [B]
Note: Also remove the Mailbox if installed.
•
Upper Rear Cover [C] (4 screws)
•
Right Cover [D] (2 screws)
•
Upper Right Cover [E]
•
Right Rear Cover [F] (3 screws)
