5. SERVICE TABLES
5.1 SERVICE PROGRAM MODE

CAUTION
Before accessing the service menu, do the following:
Confirm that there is no print data in the printer buffer (the Data In LED
must not be lit or blinking).
If there is data in the buffer, wait until all data has been printed.
5.1.1 ENABLING AND DISABLING SERVICE PROGRAM MODE

Entering the Service Mode
To enter the service mode, press the "Up/Down arrow" keys together for about 5
seconds, then press the right arrow key.
NOTE: 1) The machine automatically goes off line when you enter the service
mode.
2) While the service mode is activated, the Online LED does not go out.
