Steps:
1. Remove the back panel from the Imagesetter. Refer to Figure 1-10.
2. Raise the imagesetter front cover, light shield and bridge.
3. Attach the left and right side plates to the extension platen using the four
(4) nuts and bolts provided. Refer to Figure 1-10 and Figure 1-11.

–Exit platen opening. –Imagesetter rear with back panel removed.
4. Attach the left and right brackets to the side plates using the nuts provided.
Refer to Figure 1-10 and Figure 1-11.
NOTE:
Keep the nuts loose on the side plates and brackets so that
the extension can be easily shifted for proper adjustment.
5. Remove the back panel at the rear of the imagesetter.
