Uplink Modules in EX4200 Switches
EX Series switches allow you to combine multiple Ethernet links into one logical interface
for higher bandwidth and redundancy. The ports that are combined in this manner are
referred to as a link aggregation group (LAG) or bundle. The number of Ethernet links
you can combine into a LAG depends on your EX Series switch model. See "Understanding
Aggregated Ethernet Interfaces and LACP" on page 1244 for more information. EX Series
switches allow you to further enhance these links by configuring Link Aggregation Control
Protocol (LACP).
