Select the Calculation field, and press [Change Field] to enter the
formula.

Select " Num QOF Calls " from the menu of available data fields.

Select " Calls Answered ".

Select " Calls Abandoned ".

Press [Operator] and enter +.

Press [Operator] and enter /.
7
Press [Constant] and enter 100.
8
Press [Operator] and enter *.
9
Press [Edit Done] to exit the calculation field.
The equation in the Calculation field would appear as

Calls Abandoned
