At the RLCE frame
10 Remove the –48V fuse for the line drawer containing the faulty bus interface
card.
11 Remove the +15V fuse for the line drawer containing the faulty bus interface
card.
12 Remove the +5V fuse for the line drawer containing the faulty bus interface
card.
If entry into this procedure is due
to
replacement of BIC
loss of power in LCM's controller
