Recovering an out-of-service RLCM
At the MAP terminal

Make sure that the RLCM is receiving power.
To silence an audible alarm, type
>MAPCI;MTC;SIL;PM
and press the Enter key.
To identify the RLCM that has faults, type
>DISP STATE CBSY LCM
and press the Enter key.
If response
indicates CBsy LCMs are not
present
indicates CBsy LCMs are present
To post the RLCM with the alarm condition, type
>POST LCM CBSY
and press the Enter key.
Note: Note the name and number of this RLCM.
To identify central side (C-side) links to the host PM, type
>TRNSL C
and press the Enter key.
Example of a MAP response:
Link 0: LTC 0
Link 1: LTC 0
To post the host PM, type
>POST pm pm_no
and press the Enter key.

is a line group controller (LGC), line trunk controller (LTC), or remote
cluster controller (RCC)

is the number of the PM
