To return the busied link to service, type
>RTS LINK link_no
and press the Enter key.

link_no is the number of P-side links with defects tested in step 9
If test
passes and no other links are SysB
passes but other links are SysB
fails
To identify the RLCM with defects, type
>DISP STATE SYSB LCM
and press the Enter key.
If response
shows SysB LCMs are not present
shows SysB LCMs
To post the RLCM with the alarm condition, type
>POST LCM site frame lcm
and press the Enter key.
where
site is the site name of the RLCM (alphanumeric)
frame is the frame number of the RLCM (0–511)
lcm is the number of the LCM (0 or 1)
