5 Inspect the ringing generator. Check to see if the light-emitting diode (LED) is
ON.
If the LED
is ON

6 Move the power switch to the ON position to power up the ringing generator.
The LED should go OFF. These switches are identified as
RG 0
RG 1.

restores power
