PIM Commands

ipv6 pim rp-switchover

Enables or disables an RP to attempt switching to native forwarding upon receiving the first register-
encapsulated packet in the IPv6 PIM domain.

Usage Guidelines
•
You cannot specify a pre-configured threshold, such as the RP threshold, as you would do for IPv4
PIM.
•
This command is supported only in the sparse mode.
