the amount of time the dialer waits before calling back the caller. The default wait
time is 5 seconds. The wait time is necessary because, when a call is rejected, the
switch waits for up to 4 seconds on point-to-multipoint connections to ensure no
other device accepts the call before sending the DISCONNECT message to the
originator of the call. However, the default time of 5 seconds may not be sufficient
for different switches or may not be needed on point-to-point connections.
