For ATM2 IQ interfaces only, define the EPD threshold on a VC. The EPD threshold

is a limit on the number of transmit packets that can be queued. Packets that exceed
the limit are discarded.
If you do not include either the

forwarding class configuration, the JUNOS Software uses an EPD threshold based on
the available bandwidth and other parameters.
