enable flow control, which regulates the flow of packets from the router to the remote
side of the connection. Enabling flow control is useful when the remote device is a
Gigabit Ethernet switch. Flow control is not supported on the 4-port Fast Ethernet
PIC.
Flow control is the default behavior.
