ADJ 1.4 Timing Belts Adjustment

ADJ 1.4.1 Steering Sub-assembly Belt Adjustment
PARTS LIST ON PL 4.3
Use this procedure to adjust the Steering Sub-assembly Belt tension.
1. Disconnect the Power Cord.
2. Do ARP 1.6 to remove the Rear Cover.
3. Do ARP 3.1 to remove the Punch Module.
4. Loosen the Phillips Screws (4).
5. Adjust the belt tension such that there is a deflection of 1~2mm.
Adjustments/Repairs
Screws (4)
6. Tighten the Phillips Screws (4).
7. Do ARP 3.1 to install the Punch Module.
8. Do ARP 1.6 to install the Rear Cover.
9. Connect the Power Cord.
