ARP 3.22 Die Lock Shaft Replacement
PARTS LIST ON PL 4.1
Use this procedure to remove and install the Die Lock Shaft.
Removal Procedure
WARNING
Do not perform Repair activities with the power on or electrical
power supplied to the machine. Some machine components contain
dangerous electrical voltages that can result in electrical shock and
possible serious injury.
1. Remove the Die Set (see Operator Manual).
2. Press the Power Switch to the off position.
3. Disconnect the Power Cord.
4. Do ARP 1.6 to remove the Rear Cover.
5. Do ARP 3.1 to remove the Punch Module.
6. Remove the Shoulder Screw from the hole in the Shaft at the rear of
the Punch Module.

7. Remove the Socket Head Cap Screw and Split Lock Washer from the
Cam and the Shaft at the rear of the Punch Module.
8. Remove the Socket Head Cap Screw and Split Lock Washer from the
Cam and the Shaft at the front of the Punch Module.
