BODY -Seat Belt
2. STATIC TEST
(a) Remove tho locking retractor assembly.
(b) Tilt the retractor slowly.
(c) Verify that the belt can be pulled out at a tilt of 15
degrees or lon, and cannot
be
pulled out at ovor 45
degrees of tilt.
If a problem is found, replace the assembly.
OUTBOARD REAR SEAT BELT
[Automatic locking Retractor (ALR) Type)
TEST ING
(a)
Pull out the belt, release it slightly and then pull it
out again.
(b) Verify that tho belt cannot be extended further.
If a problem is found, replace the assembly.
