BODY - Front Door
DISASSEMBLY OF FRONT DOOR
(Seo- 80-3)
1. REMOVE DOOR TRIM
(a) Remove the courtesy light.
(b) Remove four bolts holding the door trim to the lront
door.
(c) Insert a screwdriver between the retainers and the
door panel to pry it loose.
(d) Disconnect tho wiring connector and remove the door
trim.
(e) Remove the upper door trim.
(f)
Remove the upper front garnish.
2. REMOVE SERVICE HOLE COVER
3. REMOVE REAR VIEW MIRROR
(a) Remove the cover.
(b) Disconnect the wiring connector.
tc} Remove
the three set
screws and mirror.
4 . REMOVE BELT MOULDING
(a) Remove the top of the weatherstrip near the glau on
both sides of the door.
(b) Remove the two set screws. and pry loose tho retainen
with a scraper to remove the belt moulding.
6. REMOVE DOOR GLASS
(a) Remove the upper stopper, trim support and inner
stabilizer.
(b) Raise the window up 20- 40 mm (0.79- 1.57 in.).
(c) Remove the two guide set bolts.
