3 . INSPECT CAMSHAFTS ANO CAMSHAFT HOUSINGS

camshaft is w orn and must be replaced.
lbl Place the camshaft on V-blocks end measure tho
runout at the center journel.
Maximum circle runout: 0 .04 mm 10.0014 ln. I
ff the
runout is greeter then maximum aftowable. replace
the camshaft.
(c) Uslng a micrometer, measure the journal diameter.
