CHECK RESISTANCE OF ISC VALVE
Using an ohmmeter. measure the resistance between
terminals Bt -

2. INSPECT OPERATION OF ISC VALVE
Ia) Apply battery voltage to terminals B· and s , and
while repeatedly groundings, - s , -

in sequence, check that the valve moves toward the
closed position.

INSTALLATION OF ISC VALVE
1. INSTALL ISC VALVE BODY AND TWO BOLTS
2. CONNECT FOLLOWING HOSES TO ISC VALVE BODY:
Ia) Two air hoses
(b) Two water by-pass hoses
3. CONNECT TWO ISC VALVE CONNECTORS
4. FILL WITH COOLANT
