DISASSEMBLY OF PARKING BRAKE
1. REMOVE REAR OISC BRAKE ASSE MBLY
(a) Remcwe two torque plate mount bolts and remooe
the disc brake.
(b) Suspend the disc brake so the hose is not stretched.
2. REMOVE ROTOR OI SC
3. MEASURE BRAKE SHOE LINING THICKNESS

4. REMOVE SHOE RETURN SPRINGS
6. REMOVE SHOE STRUT WITH SPRING

SET ANO TENSION SPRING
(a) Slide out the fron t shoe and remove the shoe adjust·
ing screw set.
(b) Remove the tension spring and front shoe.
