(d) Using SST and a press, remove the outboard joilll
inner race from the drive shalt.

REMOVE OUTBOARD AND INBOARD JOINT BOOTS
7. DISASSEMBLE INBOARD JOINT
(a) Using a screwdriver, remove the end plate from tile
inboard joint.
(b) Place matchmarks on the inboard joint and dri¥1 ·
shaft.
(c) Using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring.
{d) Using SST and a press, remove the inbOard joint
from the drive shaft.
